To be honest, I've no idea. I didn't build it, and I wasn't paying much attention to the cards when I entered them in.

Me thinks he can't work... BUT I did only skim the card list, otherwise pretty cool!

Just to stick with the Phyrexian theme, might I suggest  {Mycosynth Lattice}, {Unwinding Clock}, {Spine of Ish Sah}, just to name a few. If anything, {War Report} would go off ... on that thought, {Felidar Sovereign} could be a sneaky win con too.
