Does anyone know of I can use a {tundra} from the collectors edition in a tourney. It is one with a gold border on the back. Thanks.

No, it is not tourney legal.

Use a black sharpie to color it in.

Lol but it also has pointed corners and is considerably thinner than a regular mtg card.
