I was wondering if there is a card that is an artifact it can tap to give you an extra turn and it does not untap during your untap step and you can skip a turn to untap it. Do you know of any cards like this, I think I have seen something like this but forgot the name.

Holy schnikies how is an artifact that gives you an extra turn not part of the P9?

Because it requires other cards to make it insane, the P9 are the 9 most powerful individual cards in the game of Magic.
