Offline Cache Problem

I finally decided to buy the offline cache yesterday, because I wanted prices and images for a car trip I was taking, to do some research and deck building.  But I downloaded it, and I still need wifi to find prices and images!  Did I misinterpret what this feature does, or did it not download?  I tried redownloading it, and restoring my purchases, and it assures me the cache is downloaded...?

Settings -> Database Maintenance -> Offline Cache.

Settings -> Database Maintenance -> Offline Cache.

Settings-> Database Maintenance -> Purge Images

Maybe also try this first before offline cache.

Oh, well I got the prices, I'll purge the images then update the offline for thise while I'm at school.  Thanks!
