I'm actually not sure about this- I'd have to take all the art off, I got it from deviantart.

It's plagiarizing if it's someone else's art. You would have to give each person credit for there art piece if you want to post it

It doesn't matter if they would sue or not, what matters is whether you would be breaking the law. If the license under which anything is released doesn't let you redistribute the anything, it is against the law to redistribute it. Makes sense?
