Probably. My guess is it stands for the same things, except p is parentheses and b is most likely brackets. And as Testset mentioned already, division and multiplication are at the same time in order of operations, so switching the D and M in the acronym doesn't mean anything.

Also I'm sure this does not represent wether a person is dumb or not. There are many smarter people that don't know how to do this
