Needed to start the combo:
1 x {Swamp}
1 x {Dark Ritual}
1 x {Mox Pearl}

Infinite mana:
1 x {Auriok Salvagers}
1 x {Black Lotus}

Infinite tokens:
1 x {Sliver Queen}

First-turn kill:
1 x {Fireball}

Or if you want to kill using the tokens:
1 x {Fervor}

I don't get it? How can you produce unlisted slivers with limited mana? {sliver queens} ability, even with two {heartatone} still cost one colorless per sliver. You can't just pay it once and dump out slivers. Correct me if I'm wrong. NM, the tokens can produce the mana, but still All of your new creations would be tapped except for one, so you'd better hope he doesn't have a wrath card.

He's using the infinite mana from {Auriok Salvager} to pump out tokens with the queen. So the tokens would not be tapped.
