Yah, that'd be kind of dirty to ask someone for cards if you helped them out with an idea. This is a forum, after all. It's main purpose is to share ideas.

You can always net deck. Really hard to help build a deck with out knowing what cards you have and your play style. My best suggestion would be to see what card you want to build or start your deck around. Search that card and check out the decks made with that card and add your flavor to it.

You can always make an arsehole deck with the sole purpose of making people mad (ragequit ftw XD) those are always fun decks to make

Its kinda fun to look up budget decks and then make them non-budget.  Just get a general deck idea and try to perfect it.

If you like artifacts and are on a budget, building a deck around {hellkite tyrant} might not be a bad idea.

Look up "affinity."

It's a top deck in modern right now. You can probably find budget versions. Even the expensive versions aren't that expensive...just {arcbound ravager}s mostly making up the high cost.

I agree 100% with you. If you're on a budget, the best thing to do is find other people that are also on a budget. Or to just slowly invest into your deck with any extra money you have. Yeah, you may eat crow and not have a strong deck for a while, but hey, this is a money game. That is, if you're playing competitively.
