Help building deck?

Wanting to make a deck but I need help with ideas??  {Stuffy Doll} and {Creepy Doll} I need to help with color choice too? Any help would be appreciated an I'd be glad to help anyone else that wants it.

{U} has a lot of spells that deal with and help artifacts.  And {W} has {Pariah}, which combos beautifully with Stuffy doll. As does {Pariah Shield}.

Definitely play red, for things like {blasphemous act}

I like that shield but I wanna play standard.. I feel as if I need green mana ramp an red for combos as Ive seen a couple good ones

What do you practice voodoo? That's what those cards seem like anyway

Why not force creatures to block them or something? I don't know. Not that familiar with the cards anymore

I made a deck that uses {switcheroo} to give them stuffy and take one of their creatures. Attack, and they either take the damage, or block with stuffy and still take damage.

I'm having trouble building decks too but I would suggest balancing out creatures and spells
