I'd use  {Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief} in this deck just for the pump removal. But that's just me. love the deck!

I would take out the  {Falkenrath Marauders} to slow for modern and I personally don't think they are worth the mana!!!

Nighthawks are nice but I would like to keep it with a really fast +1/+1 counter build and nighthawks don't help that

If you combo it with  {Blood Artist} or  {Kalastria Highborn}, you can hurt your foes surprisingly quickly,  also add in  {Sanguine Bond} to combo with the  {Exquisite Blood} for a instant kill combo, as soon as you gain life or make your die loses some, it's won my quite a few games,
