I think its funny that {enter the infinite} has already seen a major price drop, and it hasn't even been released yet! Preorders of playsets were going for $20 when it was first spoiled months ago. Now they're going for $7 on average.

Yay my jace memory adepts are 17 dollars!!! Ot them a month ago for $8 when I was building my original list for turbofog before staes, which I didn't end up going to so it was a waste!!! But yay he went up!!!

He isn't seeing much play. His 3 black mana makes him nearly impossible to splash and in the current meta, he doesn't have much use. Me personally, I use him in reanimator. Keeps my  {Sheoldred, Whispering One} from fearing removal.

What happened to {Venser, Shaper Savant}? Using tcgplayer Price Change History he's up to about $22.84 after being $8.00 on January 6th.

If he in a new modern deck or something? Might sell mine now while I can!

The banned update will come post gatecrash and something is going away in legacy between show and tell, omniscience or enter the Infinate

I believe this price jump is due to a rising need for life gain and card advantage against the various fast aggro decks that are rapidly streamlining into major threats. While the card probably isnt worth $30 or even $20, my assumption is that due to it's decent $8 price tag it did have, many stores became overstocked as they were traded in for more relevant cards before this price jump. Since the stores now have most of them the price people are willing to pay has risen since people cant trade for them as much.
