If I got four {parallel lives} and two {doubling seasons} and cast a midnight haunt will I get 64 time the tokens?

Each one triggers separately so yeah, if you had 4 copies of each in play, you'd get...

For each 1 token

x2 = 2
x2 = 4
x2 = 8
x2 = 16
x2 = 32
x2 = 64
x2 = 128
x2 = 256


So in your example of having 4 parallel lives and 2 doubling seasons, you'd stop at 64 copies per token. And since {midnight Haunting} creates 2 tokens, you will end up with 128 spirits in your example.
