Not all cards are guild specific althoug art and flavoryext suggests it. For example {Explosive Impact}, {Destroy The Evidence} and {Ultimate price}. Boros, Dimir and Orzhov in Rtr.

I noticed those two, espicially {Ultimate Price}.

At the begining of your upkeep you put a 1/1 soldier dude on to the battlefield with haste for each whatever counters you have on (insert name here) and put a counter on the (insert name here)

Okay sorry about the card lol not spoiled online yet so had to use what I rememberd about it which was what it did and its cost lol..

Hope you guys can understand what the card says i know it was not written in the best way but oh well as for the card itself i do not like it at all the only way i see it beinga any good is if you can lay it down turn 5 stay alive turn 6 and make it to turn 9 and start getting the 4 1/1 and just overwelm them but the 1/1 don't even fly so you can't chump block resto angel thundermaw and the fliers coming out in gate crash..

Sounds good if the CMC is 4. I am confused though. Is it {3}{R}{W}, or is it {3}{R}/{W} (hybrid mana)?
