This thread is for legitimate untrustworthy traders, please don't run down someone name just cause they might late. Other then that don't lie and be fair.

There's always going to be scammers. It's not like buying on eBay using PayPal to protect yourself.  Is there an escrow service, or someone here that everyone trusts (like an admin/mod) willingly accept the transaction as a mediator and when both sides received, he/she will mail the proper trade to each other, as a protection barrier?

Ok so I'm going to place myself on this list for a little bit because I have trades that are "missing" in the mail on my end and some that have not arrived on other people's ends. I'm not going to name names besides myself because I'm not entirely sure if it could be considered them untrusted or our postal system that is untrusted. For all I know it could be someone in MY post office stealing cards

For sure!!  I honestly don't trade over $20-$30 (usually) just because I know something could happen in the mailing process.  Wouldn't be the first time!

I think I'm going to start doing this myself as well just because all of the trades that are in question are well over $50... And it seems like every time it happens. First it was Kuberr now it's these. Sadly though those kind of trades are my only hope of getting ahold of dual lands like {underground sea} and such (if they even show up in the mail) my lgs refuses to get such cards in because they think they won't sell at all

Uh-oh..... He'd be one of the trades I was speaking of. I hope that's not the case, I've always had good trades with him and last time I spoke to him he said he would make up for the cards missing...

Hmmm, I've been waiting since before Christmas for his end.  Granted the envelope I sent got ripped in the mailing and what I sent didn't make it there.  It's suspicious though.  Ive always seen good trades between him and other people though.
