I wanna make a good multiplayer deck out of standard legal cards. Most of decks are great for dueling but not so in multiplayer. Right now my grixis keeper deck works ok but I get ganged up on hard : / I was thinking a token deck would be nice for multiplayer games.

We typically play star games and free for alls

Token decks are always good.
I'd like to see a {Beguiler of wills} based deck that somehow untaps (maybe on each persons upkeep) {quest for renewal} or via some other method. With somehow keeping her protected I think that would be an awesome multiplayer deck.

Oh boy, where to begin...

Multiplayer is the land of the large. Repeatable effects are king. {Thramben Doomsayer}, {Bloodline Keeper} for example, gets more mileage. Look for card advantage when you can. Look for single cards that can take out many: {Paralesence}, {Day of Judgement} can help when things get ugly. {Curse of Stalked Prey} can nudge players to go elsewhere.
You can shift your mana curve higher and use ramp since you have a bit more time on your side.
I could go on, but I have matters to attend to.  Hopefully this was helpful.

Zombie tokens can be effective. {army of the damned} if you can survive long enough to cast it. {endless ranks of the dead} is great if you are playing with only zombies. Add {call to the grave} to make your opponents sacrifice a non zombie creature at the beginning of their upkeep.  {diregraf captain} {havengul lich} are good. If you are playing against a lot of human based decks {zombie apocalypse} is good. {grave Titan} can be good too cause it just keeps adding zombie tokens when you cast and attack with him. I know I am forgetting more cards but I really enjoy playing my zombie token deck especially in multiplayer cause I usually have a massive army out and it makes for a quick game.

I saw a thread on here once about {Tainted Strike}. It's a good card for multiplayer because if someone is about to deal 10 damage to someone else with a creature, just give it infect and you have 1 less opponent to worry about. I think that's pretty sweet. Maybe run 2 so you can finish them without a 10 hitter creature.

edit: it only has to 9 damage because of the counter it gives the creature!

I tend to avoid infect because most of my play group is a bunch of complainers.... They already hate my inkmoth nexus lol

Coffee Vampire

Lol I still say at least keep them around somewhere and pull em out every once and a while! If they complain about a game why do they play it! I understand your sympathies but you should just do it once for the lulz. And when they complain just say my favorite line of all time:

EAT IT SON!

Don't run werewolves.

Well, they are a lot more likely to flip in Multi, in both directions.  {Huntmaster of the Fells} is a monster in a big enough game.

Puresteel/stoneforge deck w/ Elbrus the binding blade :)

{Huntmaster of Fells} would be good in multiplayer but man he will be targeted by everyone.  I would recommend some {swift foot boots} or {lightning greaves} for him.  Plus he will look fashionable ðŸ'¯

*dont ask me why I choose that emoji lol

{swift foot boots} or {lightning greaves} are both excellent cards in any multiplayer deck running good critters.

Someday, i'll post my {Thrashing Wumpus} + infect deck.  I've killed 6 people simultaneously with it.  Good Times! ;D
