If  {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice} is in play, when  {Rhox Faithmender} enters the battlefield, can you stack the abilities so instead of gaining 5 life, you gain 10 life?

Stack manipulation isn't required. You will get 10 life wether you want to or not.
