If you're playing a two headed giant with Gisela, blade of goldnight, does her ability apply to both people. Can they attack my partner and Gisela's ability not halve what my partner gets dealt?

Her first ability says that if a source would deal damage to an opponent or permanents an opponent cotrols, that damage is doubled. It does not say you have to deal that damage. So yes your teammate would also deal double to an opponent.

Her second ability says damage is halved for "you" and permanents "you" control. So your teammate would not get the ability, since you control Gisela, not your teammate.
