Ok so last night me and my brother were playing modern. My Wolf Ramp against Eldrazi.

So long story short on turn 6 my brother played {Kozilek, Butcher of Truth}

On my turn. tapped 3, played {Traitorous Blood} on Kozilek attacked for 12, then tapped 2 for {Fling} on Kozilek for 24

How can you attack? Doesn't he have summing sickness still?  Just curious
