Nope. Cant resolve multiple abilities at once.
{cloudshift} removes AND returns thragtusk before the LTB and ETB triggers can happen. Then statebased is checked and adds the following:
Add a +1/+1 counter
Make a beast
Gain 5 life
You can choose the order though sice these all happened at once, there is a way to make it a 4/5 but only if youre very careful about the order in which you stack this.

We'll need a ruling on evolve to really have this conversation though. Idk if it triggers when the power is lower or resolves when the power is lower. When that check happens will be very immportant.

Just saw the new keyword for Boros... Its called Battalion... If you havent seen it yet, look it up.

The card I saw was called Firemane Angel... It looks alright.. Has the built in Helix.

Just looked it up: Firemane Avenger. Battalion functions much like {Odric, Master Tactician}'s ability. Seems legit to me.

so if i had both these on the battlefield, would i have to attack with six creatures to get them both to activate their abilities?
