Yeah.  It's crazy!  You could run all spells that make tokens, blow up the board, make your opponent discard his creatures, and then keep all your token creator cards.

There are plenty of creatureless control decks that would kill for this card. They run 4 {Supreme Verdict} and 4 {Terminus}. So now 4 of this? Get your {Sorin, Lord of Innistrad} now before it costs $100.
