Gruul vs azorius on the 23rd

My local game store is doing a gruul versus azorius on the 23rd . Winner gets a box of gatecrash and some alternate art  {Liliana of the Veil}. You can play in this tournament mono red, mono gree, red green, mono blue, mono white, and blue white. And it's double elimination. I am going to be playing rdw in this tournament. The only thing I am not sure about is if they will let me play {Rakdos Cackler}.
Since in will mostly be playing against blue white control, what cards should I include, and I don't have thundermaw.

If I am not able to play rakdos cackler i will play   {Reckless Waif} because control does not have allot of turn 1 and 2 plays

No, {devil's play} is better when youre low on mana. Or {mizzium mortars}.

Also  {Fervent Cathar} over pyreheart, he has haste and more or less does the same thing but faster. Also nasty tech forthese decks is {vexing devil} for early game damage and then T3 when your opponent is prepping wrath and lets you keep the devil you can pair it with {lighting mauler} and swing for 6 out of nowhere.

And lose the {pillar of flame} you wont need them against gruul or azorious colors.

So fare I know at least 40 Geist of saint tafts are going to be played

Also double  {Electrickery} kills Geist

And no artifacts are aloud to so in don't have to worry about  that thing that give your creatures x-0 and first stricke

I like  {Pyreheart Wolf} becaus it stops them from flashing in resto or snap and blocking and it survives board wipes accept terminus
