Any reason why? I like the Godless Shrine because post board it gives me access to Hide//Seek. Kher Keep is a nice way to get all my Soul Sisters' abilities to trigger.

Sadly I have been unable to playtest this deck much. I have about 1/3 of the cards but I figure this weekend I'll try it out on Cockatrice.

Any thoughts as to whether  {Rhys the Redeemed} should be included as late game in this deck? He is a different creature type.

Maybe the genesis chambers? I don't know, that would be a judgment call on your part
