Can anyone tell me how to build a deck correctly? And tell me if this deck would be any good. I just want a full on red deck.

It needs to be a bit more focused.  78 cards is a lot and all the one off's make it hard to be consistent.
You also need to determine your win condition.  Is it direct damage or creature?
Once you decide those, then it will be easier to help.

I would liked to make one of each. But the first one I want to be direct damage.
