That's a good price. Future Sight has cool cards in it, even the full art vanilla creatures are cool.

That's about $11/pack after tax. Unless you manage to pull a {Tarmogoyf}, I would say no.

That's a bit. It is a small set (180) and all rares are equal rarity. You have a >50% chance to get a goyf in your box (36/60 or 3/5). Still though. There is good stuff in that set

Honestly most likely just that which is in standard right now, maybe zendikar or Worldwake too.

Define "a lot of value." You cheapest value option is probably RTR. $100-110, and it has Jace, shock lands, and very many $10 cards.

You can also get Zendikar, probably around $160 (guess) which has fetch lands, a few good rares/mythics, and each pack has full art land (a nice bonus - worth more than most rares are at 50-75 cents each).

Eldrazi can be a decent value for cheap, too, but really only if you pull the mythic Eldrazi.
