Something I'm toying with.

Fishsticks123

I would move the Jaces to the sideboard and put the Pillars in the mainboard.

Ya after play testing he's going to sideboard, only really effective against mirror/control.

Monrodesign

Changed up sideboard a little bit, had some trouble against U/W Flash.

I disagree with pillar mainboard. I just played a PTQ over the weekend with my grixis deck. I finished 4-2 for 10th. The only time you need pillar is against BR Aggro, other than that its a bad card... Ok might need it against  {Strangleroot Geist}. My build actually has 13 swamps in it and can effectively stabilize against aggro decks with a t4  {Mutilate}.

But I was also having problems with {Thalia, Guardian of Thraben}, {Knight of Glory}, & {Silverblade Paladin} in my G/W Aggro matches. At the IQ, BRaggro walked my Esper deck.

Thalia is a nightmare for control decks anyway you go. It's still lame having to waste your t2 to kill a Thalia with a 1R pillar . The exile is irrelevant vs humans anyway. If you tap out on t2 than they know for sure you have nothing to hit them with. I'd rather pay 1B to tragic slip her in response to them casting a t3  {Silverblade Paladin}.

I play American delver I used to play grixis control that looked exactly like this but had delver and I prefer white over black because of board wipes

Monrodesign

{Rakdos's Return} made it mainboard over {Mizzium Mortars}, creature control really isn't a problem, it's always a nice burn as well.

I can see what your saying, I'm usually an Esper deck player as I love my {Lingering Souls} but {Counterflux} eats up control decks, yes it's very mana intense but worth it's value.  So would you run both {Tragic Slip} & {Pillar of Flame} in sideboard?

This is what I'll be taking to FNM after testing tonight.
