Yikes. This is neat, wonder how this would be handled in tournament play, either someone would have to scoop, or maybe you could be considered the winner because you locked the game.

{omen machine} it lets you cast it from the exile pile and not your hand where {knowledge pool} specifies casting from your hand

You don't lock the game. The player will only be able to play one spell per turn, when he does he exiles, the the pool says he MAY play an exiled spell. Not that he must to. So, as he can't play it, he doesn't. And skips his turn. So it isn't a lock away to a draw

Players could still do things like cycle, but not being able to cast a single spell ever again will make it hard to win. ðŸ˜,,
