I would take out the delvers and add in 2 {Talrand, Sky Summoner} and two  {Augur of bolas}

Sign in Blood is solid, but you may not always be able to cast it. How bout some {Think Twice} or {Divination}? Also, {Thought Scour} is a great way to fill up the 'ol yard with goodies for {Runechanter's Pike}!
