Is there a way to mess with a suspended card, like add or remove counters.   {Deep-Sea Kraken}

{Timecrafting}, {Jhoira's Timebug}, {Timebender}, {Fury Charm}, and a few others. If you want to remove time counters from permanents (not from suspended cards), you can also use {Hex Parasite}.

{Hex Parasite} doesn't work. A suspended card is exiled and not a permanent, so hex parasite can't target it. Others are all good though.

{Jhoira of the Ghitu} will let you suspend the kraken with 4 counters instead of 9. She also lets you suspend big nasties like Eldrazi and {Worldspine Wurm}.

{Paradox Haze} on yourself is a good way to cut your suspend time in half, too.

i just mentioned the parasite for other purposes. I specified it wouldn't work for suspended cards.

Paradox Haze is awesome for suspend cards. Jhoira herself is the bread and butter of suspend decks 👍
