{vampiric tutor} embedded to a  {Panoptic Mirror} + card draw.
Combine the combo with {Karn, silver golem}, {Thran dynamo} and {voltaic construct} for the infinite mana cycle, since you do not need colored mana to play the cards revealed by the experiment... There ya go.
EDIT: course, if you have the Karn combo going you could just use a  {Planar Portal} instead of the tutor/mirror to save space
