Need help with a home brew.

Trying to build a deck around  {Izzet Staticaster} and  {Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius} tied to  {Nightshade Peddler}.
Those 3 colors are Kinna a stretch, I'm not sure if I should mainly izzet or mainly RG and splash the 3rd. Has anyone tried this before?  {Thundermaw Hellkite} is awesome for this too. I digress. Suggestions or posts of similar decks are awesome by me.
