Here is what I have  although it is a very rough draft and I really need help with ways to protect me early game and creatures as well.

Card draw might help. It'll get you your tutors and mana for phage faster. {Necropotence}, {Underworld Connections}, {Sign in Blood}. Unfortunately all of these cost you health, and your early game already has you a little exposed... Maybe some lifelink and like steal to counteract it? {Chancellor of the Dross}, {Exsanguinate} kind of stuff. And some smaller life linkers like {vampire nighthawk} to fend people off early on - especially if you give them your indestructible equipment in the meantime.

You can always run {Exquisite Blood} + {Sanguine Bond}.

Looks like its coming along nicely. I aggre with Gorzo here life link may be strong for you while you tutor your deck. Also consider deathtouch fellas to avoid taking a lot of damage early on.  {Typhoid Rats} and such. Removal in black decks is pretty standard. Considering you've been handed the best color to do so.  {Murder},  {Mutilate},  {Damnation} are always good.

It is not, so you'll have to use {Torpor Orb} or other means of getting around her effect.

{platinum angel} and a lot of reanimate for platinum angel. And pray she doesn't get exiled.

At least you have a lot of tutors with black.
