Just a (used to be) mono red aggro deck. Usually what I run at FNM.  Now it is Red-White

Interesting it looks like it might work idk why but in all my burn decks I add {devils play}

Kamikazekiel

Saw this deck on daily mtg. Looks like a lot of fun.

Mono Red Aggro without {Vexing Devil}?

I personally don't think that list is very solid. I'd say you should go down to 16 lands, cutting  {Hellrider} and  {Thundermaw Hellkite} and also puttin in Vexing Devil. That kind of Red deck has gotten me $35 store credit the past two weeks.

{Hellrider} is probably the best card in the deck right now. With  {Thundermaw Hellkite} a close second. I cannot imagine cutting either of those cards

Yeah I agree. With 35 creatures, I don't see cutting {hellrider} as a smart choice.

You might want to cut down on {Hellion Crucible}s. the deck might be more consistent that way. :)
And wasn't it you that said you'd choose {Rakdos Shred-Freak} over {Lightning Mauler} any day when you posted in my red deck. What happened?

This deck seems slow compared to my builds, you should take out the crucibles, add {sexy devil}. The hellkite, while being a great creature, breaks my rule for mono red speed with its casting cost. {hellrider} normally tops my curve. Also, many of your three drops just aren't effective after the first couple turns. Haste doesn't do you any good when your 2/1 will trade with a 1 drop vanilla 1/1.

While I agree you should drop the lands, cutting my buddy Hellrider is silly. Love to see that he is finally getting the notice he deserves.

{Thundermaw Hellkite} is the RDW players answer to thragtusk

In the deck it's a 5/5 hasty beater that immediately gets the five damage in. With 35 creatures, you'll be able to block swagtusk and it's token, or more likely, swing anyway and let them block. It takes care of the lifegain they would get.

Guys. He's deck is great for a rdw
