I disagree, the spells can be cast for their cmc, and with 0 being there, they are all cast for 2 or less, which means even tho each spell deals 0 damage, if he has even one guttersnipe out, then the spells are still doing a lot of damage.

Yes but 42 out of 60 cards arent sorcs/instants even if you experiment for 7 chances are you'll cast only 2 spells (including experiment). Id add some draw or maybe just pillar of flame.
{Curiosity} is surprisingly good on guttersnipe

It is mostly instants/sorcerys so I actually have a really good chance of casting 3/4 out of 7

Mmm, I'm not sure. If so it would wreck, effectively 4 gs procs on top othe burn damage from the spells themselves

X counts as 0 so you can bring  {Devil's Play} as a 1 cmc and {Epic Experiment} as 2.
