No Halo game has ever been amazing.  They are all the same game, just with a different background and name changes to the bad guys.

I'm not saying the game isn't successful.  There's a difference.  If I sell red ice to you one day, and then come around next year tried and succeeded in selling you blue ice, it's not amazing.  Just successful.  And the blue ice would be just about as different from the red ice as Halo 4 is from any other FPS.

Using the ice as the common factor, it could be interpreted that the ice represents FPS's. therefore, by eliminating the common factor of ice (FPS's) halo 4 is as different from every other FPS as red is from blue. That's pretty different. My point is that it was never stated that they are the same.

Actually, that's exactly what I meant. They are all the same.  Name one thing, aside from the story, that is different?  All of them share the same exact mechanics, the same exact gameplay, the same exact, well, everything.

Not saying they don't have there place. Just not in my game library.

I never said Halo sucks. Well, I mean, I think it does. But like I said, it has its place. People like it. I'm really not trying to take anything away from Halo or any other FPS. I'm personally just not a fan.

I'm sorry, you can't just disregard a whole genre of games and say they are not good because you don't like them.

Personally, I'm not a fan of halo, but there are plenty of FPS's and 3rdPS's that I really do like.

Same way I'm not a fan of Warcraft, but I've played the pants off many other RPGs and RTSs.

The problem is that they all feel the same to me. And I just feel my intelligence is insulted every year when the latest CoD or Madden comes out and they offer nothing new.  I've tried many FPSs from the CoDs to the first three Halo games, to Quake and Doom. I just don't enjoy them.

Yeah, I never once insulted anyone who plays those games.  In fact, I commented several times about these games being successful.  I will never insult a gamer for enjoying a game or genre that I don't.

That being said, I do apologize for being the spark of derailment.  If I do come across these codes, I'll be sure to message you.  I don't drink Dew that much, but the wife does.
