When does exalted trigger?   Will it trigger before the angel is generated?  Thanks.

You declare geist as an attacker, exalted triggers, then the angel comes into play. So the angel doesn't affect the exalted ability because exalted resolves first

Well no, both triggers go on the stack at the same time, you pick the order though it doesn't really matter because exalted will resolve wether or not the angel appears or not.

That's because the angel wasn't declared as an attacker right? I don't quite remember what the wording is but I know that geist's angel doesn't affect exalted

It is all about the declared attackers step and only the Geist would get the bonus.  At the end of the declare attackers step the exalted and angel token both go on the stack .... just like Scars already stated you choose which resolves first but it won't matter since the token won't prevent the Geist from getting the bonus since the trigger was already checked, approved, and put on the stack.

Exalted is crazy, let's say you have 2 {Sublime Archangel} on the field, they literally write "Exalted" on one another in addition to the "Exalted" that's already written. If you were to play, let's say, a {Knight of Glory} as well, it would say "Exalted" 3 times! And upon attacking all of the Exalted abilities on the Knight will hit the stack, in addition to the 4 on both of the {Sublime Archangel}s. That's frekin nuts!

I was under the impression that although exalted can trigger off multiple creatures with exalted, once a creature has exalted that's it. I'm pretty sure you can't give a creature with an exalted ability an extra exalted ability. Like trample. If you give a creature with trample say, rancor, it's doesn't trample twice. It already has trample.  I know this is confusing and I don't want you guys to think I'm saying something that I'm not so here's an example. 3 creatures with exalted in play. The creatures are 1/1. Attack with one of them, exalted triggers, and attack with a 4/4. Now, same scenario only this time I drop the archangel. The attacking 1/1 will only going to be a 5/5. Not an 8/8. Am I wrong?
