I'm 5 cards shy as of now. Anyone care to give me some suggestions or anything you would replace?

InfinitiveDivinity

{Grisly Salvage}, {Mulch} and {Sever the Bloodline} are pretty good.

Wally

 {Lotleth Troll} is an absolute bomb in these decks. If you have them, run 4.

Also {Pack Rat} is great early on. Or if you want to run the {Desecration Demon} i would insist on running 4x {Tragic Slip}

I don't currently have any of the troll, but I'll see if i can get a couple in trades at my local shop. What could i throw in with Loleth to really utilize him? Grave crawlers?

I don't really like him tbh. It's good for early game, he loses his zip later the game goes. It you throw 2-3 cards his way and he gets exiled...see what I mean? But he does synergize with {gravecrawler}

Wally

Golgari had the scavenge ability. He utilizes this really well, as does {pack rat}.  {Slitherhead} is fantastic here as an early bin or combat trick.

I would swap {Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis} for {Griselbrand} (or keep them both) and run {Rise from the Grave} to drop them out after discarding for lotleth.

I guess I'm just thinking of the golgari reanimate deck that a guy at my Fnm plays. He always places well.
