Overall my buddy runs a similar deck with Niv in, usually breaks even on FNM.

See I like the charm just in case someone wants to counter my burn spell... Plus it gives options. That's the only reason it's there

You can run better counter cards than that, {Faithless Looting} beats it in the draw, and 2 damage is nothing with the new meta. :/ IMO.

No but with snipe it's a counter and they take 2 or it's they take 4 or I draw 2 and they take 2 it's versatile

Possible but maybe after i purchase snaps and steam vents I won't have the ability to purchase them right now

Look at more flashback stuff,  {Think Twice} and {Increasing Vengeance} are highly active cards in a deck of mine that's similar, I also tend to run more draw than burn and let my snipe do all the work. Sideboard is where I make my changes to milling vs burn.
