Need ideas

Hey I've been in a rut lately and need a new and different commander to build around. I'm thinking blue/black or mono-blue but I need help picking an interesting commander that isn't junky or overly hated. Any suggestions/advice is appreciated and other color suggestions are fine as well.

 {Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur} is a rather popular General, but a lot of people tend to find him as one of the more annoying generals, really depends on your group

Man that mana cost 0.0... Hmm he seems kind of interesting although I I see why people would hate him as they do the other praetors. Thank you for the idea.

There's always {Oona, Queen of the Fae}. She's fun to build around and I don't think she's overly hated. I toyed with making an {Arcum Dagsson} deck but decided to stick with my {Animar}. I'll look around for more general choices and get back to you, alright?
