Is  {Thragtusk} and serenity the best deck?
I say we the forum of imtg unite and build the best deck for standard possible and try to break the meta!

The key to beating those cards:
- run no creatures, or very few (like snapcaster)
- you MUST 1-for-1 thragtusk WHENEVER possible. Cards that 1-for-1 thraggy are:
{Pacifism}, {Defang}, {Bonds of Faith}, {Arrest}, etc. another way to essentially "1-for-1" thrag is to wait until they have more than 1 guy out. Boardwipe then get rid of the token. You just spent 2 cards for 2 or more cards. Mission accomplished.
- have graveyard hate

And of course counterspells are awesome 1-for-1s!

I use {dissipate}, {syncopate} , {snapcaster Mage}, and {detention sphere} for those guys.

They are the Tier one deck but if buw can kill them and win it will be the best

My grixis control deck beats on bant control decks pretty good. Tusk is not much of a threat to my deck...
