Seems kinda bland. Whats your wincon?
I was gonna do an esper deck feat {Descent into madness}/{gloom surgeon}/{rest in peace} with draw and {Misthollow griffin} as the bomb! ;D

You need to decide on what style you are going for: longterm control or token generation. It looks like you are inclined to tokens. So why not go all the way with them? {Sorin, Lord of Innistrad} helps with his emblem mostly. {Intangible Virtue} and {Favorable Winds} go hand in hand when it comes to esper tokens. Instead of {Gather the Townsfolk}, consider spells that give you stronger tokens, like {Midnight Haunting}. This is also instant speed, so you can take your opponent by surprise. If you need 1 drops, consider {Doomed Traveler}. He can often net you card advantage and can turn into something more powerful. {Drogskol Captain} makes your tokens even stronger and harder to kill.

As for countermagic, run {Negate} and {Syncopate} to make sure your opponent can't whipe the board. In terms of removal, {Bone Splinters} only seems good when you have {Talrand, the Sky Summoner} out. Try alternate renoval sources like {Oblivion Ring}, {Ultimate Price}, {Detention Sphere}, and {Sever the Bloodline}. Other options include {Divine Verdict}, {Avenging Arrow} (not very good), and other not as well known spells. 3 enchantments often overlooked are {Arrest}, {Pacifism}, and {Defang}.

As for your mana base, {Isolated Chapel}, {Hallowed Fountain} and other dualies are fine. You might want some {Evolving Wilds} for a 3-color deck especially if you can't get the dualies you need. Run a combination of black/white/blue according to how much of each color you run in the deck.

I forgot to mention draw spells. So basically you either want your draw spells to:

a) net you more than one card
or b) do something significant for you, and replace itself by drawing you one card

Follow this criteria and you should find yourself with good draw power.

Ya so far it looks like a token deck not what I'm going for just wanted tokens to sac for removable or chump block and tragic slip. This are all cards that I own so no Sorin, thank you so much for all the input and thoughts, and wasn't sure if the virtue should be main board cause I still hadn't decided  to go tokens yet.

And snappy late game with {Gather the Townsfolk} has saved me before.

{Barter in Blood}? Since running all the tokens?

B/W/G I think has the best token decks if you want to go the token route.

I'd dump {Judge's Familiar}, the curve on standard cards is so low that he's not relevant really. You can basically play around him pretty easily.

If you look at standard removal like {Pillar of Flame}, {Searing Spear}, {Victim of Night}, {Mizzium Mortar} and stuff like that. He's good in a budget control build, but not really anymore then that.

{Cursecatcher} works in Legacy because of the insanely powerful cards that prompt huge turn 1 or 2 combos. He's also a merfolk that benefits from the 20 lords available.

I've been having fun, and a fair amount of success with my Esper Spirit deck. http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?topic=12809 it has enough control, card advantage and good matchups with Rakdos (as they can't destroy my enchantments) and flies over mid-range decks (until they drop {Restoration Angel} and {Thundermaw Hellkite})

And yes midrange decks eat me alive :( how do you stop Thrag and Restro in Esper,  {Nevermore} ORing and Sphere?

{Dissipate} and {Syncopate}. Wizards designed amazing creatures like {Thragtusk}, he's only able to be dealt with on the stack. 5/3 attached to a {White Sun's Passage} and a 3/3 token that no other color can deal with besides blue, well that creature is always going to be relevant.

I am clearly not a card designer, and I understand the need for cards that hose blue, but it also has unintended consequences. Other colors can't handle him either, and result in either having to play it or not. It's the same way {Snapcaster Mage} prompts blue players to use him, because the alternative is basically nothing.
