What happens at end of turn if I used {Cackling Counterpart} to create a token of an animated Keyrune, or any animated artifact for that matter?

U will have nice copy of the current creature...;) and it does not vanish on tje end od turn...;)

Pretty sure you can't. Copies the creature, not the card.

The card is the creature. It doesn't make a token, it becomes the creature. You can still tap that creature for mana if you wanted to. You can still pay to make it a creature again if the desire strikes you.
