If I imprint a {bluster squall} on a {ischoron sceptre} can I tap extra to activate the overload cost of the spell when I use the sceptre

Rulings on ichoron says you cant pay alternate costs but you can pay additional.
Overload is alternate. Kicker costs or Entwine costs are additional for example.
