I need some ideas for tweaks on this deck...

Drop delver. There's only 17 instants or sorceries in this deck

What about removing the 2  {Witchbane Orb} and the  {Nicol Bolas} for  {Bone Splinters} and keeping the delivers?

Yeah i wouldnt add crawlers. Only other zombie is the lich and that would be redundant considering what the lich does.

No. Get rid of delver. He is no longer as good as he was.

Is this aggro? Control? I can't tell. Your running 8 counters, depending on how prevalent {Cavern of Souls} is in your meta, those are questionable. Maybe take a few out?
Additions:

{Pillar Of flame} - Amazing against zombies, useful against everything else.
{Tragic Slip} - Cheap removal, that it seems like you'll be able to hit the morbid trigger.
{Vampire Nighthawk} - Amazing creature, helpful in races.
