I want to make a deck centered around {vela the night clad} using abilities like ninjutsu, bounce, or synergy such as with blood artist and the 3B other vampire that does the same thing. Point me in the right direction?

{argent sphinx} , {gravecrawler} and {reassembling skeleton} played with {barrin, master wizard} sac the RTB creatures and return something else to your hand just to play them from your hand and graveyard again. Maybe {ornithopter} , {memnite} {phyrexian walker} so you can play them for free after you return them to your hand and stuff. Stuff like that.
