I want to add some {deathrite shaman}s but I don't know what to take out. Maybe {stuffy doll}? Also thinking about replacing {diregraf ghoul} with {thrill-kill assassin} since it has deathtouch and I have the option of unleashing it. Thoughts?

Yeah take out stuffy. Put the shamans in. As for diregraf, that's completely up to you. Only problem with thrill-kill, unleashed it can't block so deathtouch only works if they block it.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. By the time I have the mana for stuffy, I could wait one more turn and drop Nefarox. In my opinion, diregraf is only good in opening hand, or if it's a straight zombie deck. After T1, the "enters battlefield tapped" kind of sucks because they'll most likely have something out by then. At least thril-kill can kill things.

I also need ideas for a replacement for {victim of night} in case my thought process backfires and they ARE playing heavy vamps, zombies, or werewolves. {Murder} maybe?

Problem with {gravecrawler} is it will be semi-useless if I do drop the diregrafs. {Desecration Demon} might go good with this though. Thanks for the input!

Wasn't there another black instant kill spell in RTR that has a competitive mana cost? Or is murder your only option?

Oh wait I'm thinking about {bone splinters}.. Not bad with messengers though..

Yeah bone splinters is good. I used it in a zombie token deck with good success. It's really good with messenger. Essentially four damage for one mana.

Take out stuffy sub in desecration demon and one more messenger
Drop the diregraf's for kill thrill (possible sideboard of diregraf's for mirror?)
An probably one more nighthawk.

I really like the idea of {desecration demon} the more I think about it. Either take one damage from {blood artist} and lose a creature, or tale your damage from the demon. And it's cheaper than Nefarox.

Drop the diregraf's for kill thrill (possible sideboard of diregraf's for mirror?)
An probably one more nighthawk.

I have 2x Nefarox and 3x Stufy. Might try 3x Demons, 1x Messenger, 1x Nighthawk.
