Can a curse brought out of my library by Curse of Misfortunes be redirected by Redirect?

No its not a spell on the stack. Its just going out there due to an effect.

No. The "redirected" card needs to say TARGET in order to change said target.

No auras and curse spells that are cast target inherently. Redirect could mess with those. Curse of misfortunes however slams them onto the battlefield and that is why redirect won't work.

The only thing you could do is stifle the ability of the curse.
