It's more annoying if you're building a Commander deck. 

A default setting under Settings?  I can see FNMers wanting 4-ofs.  I rarely use four.  Could you do something specifically with Basic lands?

Right. I just went to the code to fix it, only to realise that I already did. {Relentless Rats} behave like basic lands in 1.22.0.

Any plans to designate the Commander and check the legality of the cards?  I know, crazy, right? 

Edit: I just meant, when adding basic lands it could prompt how many to add in the first place.

I do have plans for Commander section, but the legality is being checked (red if not legal) and optionally enforced (Prefilter by format in Deck Settings) already.

I don't know, I like the way basic lands work now.

MSG prompt would be nice as stated above.  In constructed anywhere from 1 to 4 is all common... Only your key cards are 4 ofs.
