My first attempt at a RtR delver deck, any ideas or suggestions?

I don't have any and there pretty expensive right now, if I had them I would put them in here

Eltromancer is a great idea for a delver build, but if i counted right there are two spells that costs less with it. I recomend swapping him for {guttersnipe} or using more utility spells like {cyclonic rift} and {inspiration}, maybe even {counterlash} or {thoughtflare}. The meta will be slower until people really figure their decks out.

Dissipate, injunction, and negate I thought it would be good for electromancer, also overloading counter flux if nessary, I thought about guttersnipe but I wanted a turn 2 drop option other then snapcaster for this deck, expecialy  with the loss of phyrexian mana spells

Then just use the {1}{W} detention dude with 2/1.
Yea the goblin is good, but i dont see him changing the game drasticly. Delver functions off of little pokes here and there all adding up. The goblin isnt aiding a whole lot of pokes here.
