Yes and no, but I already have a deck in this data base with that name which means I would have to bump it with the updates and I really don't like bumping decks. If nobody has any comments to help the deck then oh well. I'm not gonna keep bumping a deck for no reason. As far as it being called solar flare; it got its name for {angel of despair} originally because it looks like krilin doing solar flare. It got its name again because of {sun Titan}. With out either of those cards I don't think it should be called that.
