If I have {angel of jubilation} in play, does I prevent my oppenent from paying do untapped shock land?

Well i dont think so because you're not activating an ability, playing the land did that. But id have to look at a land for that

The above poster is correct, the 2 life from shock lands are not used to cats it nor to activate an ability, so it doesn't fall into jubilation's keyword
